A proud graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Linda earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and music in 1987, followed by her Juris Doctorate in 1990. Her academic foundation in psychology uniquely informs her empathetic and client-centered approach to law, particularly in sensitive family and custody matters.
Throughout her career, Linda has built a reputation for delivering comprehensive legal solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Her family law practice encompasses divorce, custody and visitation, adoption, and prenuptial agreements. She is also certified in family law mediation and serves as a guardian ad litem, advocating for the best interests of children in court proceedings.
As a trained family law mediator, Linda is well-equipped to guide clients toward win-win settlements—resolving disputes amicably whenever possible. In addition, she regularly appears in court, handling at least one multi-day divorce trial per month. This level of courtroom experience has sharpened her litigation skills and made her a formidable advocate for her clients.
Linda also advises individuals and families in estate planning and provides trusted counsel to businesses navigating corporate legal matters. Before focusing on family law, Linda practiced at a large law firm where she focused on corporate, tax, and estate planning law.
