Can I schedule a consultation?
Yes, we would be happy to meet with you to discuss your case in detail and go over your legal rights and options. The initial consultation usually takes about one hour and the fee is $125. Just send us an e-mail or call to schedule.

Can you meet me in the evening or on the weekend?
Although we prefer to meet during regular business hours, if you need to schedule an evening or weekend appointment, we can usually accommodate you.

How much are your fees?
Once we are retained in a matter, our regular hourly fee is $225. The retainer on your matter will vary depending on the type of case and the complexity of the issues.

Do you ever charge a flat fee?
We bill for the time that we spend on the case and only get paid for the work that we do. In the event that your case ends quicker and easier than initially anticipated, you will receive the unused portion of your retainer back.

Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, we can accept Visa or MasterCard.

What if my case is outside of the Central Ohio area - Will you travel to other counties?
Yes, we are willing to travel to other counties in Ohio but we must charge for travel time.
